We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice we may not accept your new booking in the future. Thank you!

To schedule an appointment

Simply text or call us during working hours and provide us with information about your breed of dog, coat condition and your grooming requirements. We will then let you know the approximate grooming time and available dates.

Please remember not to wait until the last minute to arrange a grooming session - we may be fully booked and we would not want to disappoint you as it may take a few days to arrange an appointment. Please try to book one week in advance.

The appointment

Please remember to be on time or up to 5 minutes earlier before scheduled appointments. If you arrive late for your pet's appointment we may need to reschedule for another day depending on other bookings and time availability.

The price

Grooming price depends on the stylisation type, dog size, coat number and its condition. If your dog requires de-matting* which is time consuming service, we may need to add additional charge.

De-matting, hand stripping and show groom can be done upon request and are more expensive then pet grooming. Final grooming price will be given to you after pet examination.

*De-matting - Calculation will base on time spent on de-matting and we charge 20 pounds per hour for that service.
(If your dog haven't been brush for longer time and has knots covering 30-90% of the body then we won't be able to de-matt.)

Groom Time

Approximate time of groom:

toy dogs - 1.5h
small dogs - 2h
medium up to 2.5h
large or giant dogs from 2.5 up to 5h

Time depends on stylisation type and coat condition.

Show cut - we always estimate individually

Before start we will discuss the details of hairstyling and agree the scope of work. We offer clipping, scissoring, trimming, hand stripping, de-shedding, de-matting, nail clipping, ear cleaning, a face trim and bathing

If you have one of the breeds which require regular grooming it is good to: brush the kitty/puppy often and make it used to coat care place the pet on a table from time to time and offer it some snacks visit a groomer when you notice that the coat needs first maintenance Please remember it is much easier to work with a pet used to being brushed, combed or even bathed than with one which had no coat maintenance for the first few months of his life.
